  • 45ml Wildflint Native Citrus Gin
  • 150ml premium Indian tonic
  • Wheel of native lime
  • Ice

Build over ice in a copa glass. Pour gin, add tonic slowly. Garnish with a wheel of native lime. No stir — let it settle.

  • 50ml Wildflint Native Citrus Gin
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 20ml simple syrup
  • 6 mint leaves

Shake all ingredients hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a single mint leaf.

  • 45ml Wildflint Native Citrus Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml lemon myrtle syrup
  • Soda water

Shake gin, lemon, and syrup with ice. Strain into a highball over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon myrtle leaf.

  • 60ml Wildflint Coastal Gin
  • 10ml dry vermouth
  • Lemon twist

Stir gin and vermouth with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a frozen coupe. Express lemon peel over the surface. The saline note does the rest.

  • 60ml dry prosecco
  • 30ml elderflower tonic
  • Sprig of rosemary

Build in a large wine glass over ice. Pour gin, add prosecco, top with elderflower tonic. Garnish with a bruised rosemary sprig.

Pour gin over a single hand-cut ice sphere in a rocks glass. Express orange peel. Sip slowly. This gin doesn't need much.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Wildflint Mineral Earth Gin
  • 30ml sweet vermouth
  • 30ml Campari
  • Orange peel

Stir all with ice for 30 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with a wide orange peel. The pepperberry adds warmth to the bitter.

  • 15ml wattleseed syrup
  • 10ml coffee liqueur
